Certain documents may be needed when buying or selling a home. To better assist you, and at the request of our Association Boards, Invest West Management uses a third party site for all disclosure requests. Please visit HomeWiseDocs, sign up, and select the option that best fits your needs.
Some community documents such as Meeting Minutes, Financials, CC&R’s and account ledgers may be available to the property owner free of charge through the community website located under Find an Association on iwmhoa.com.
Payoff Demands, Resale Certificates and Questionnaires are only available through HomeWiseDocs.
